For Estate Planning

My approach is to treat you with respect and dignity as we explore your heart's desire for your family and your assets and what should happen at the time of your incapacity or death.

This will require some work on your part to take an inventory of what you own and who you want to serve as your agents. Then we will discuss the best plan to protect your family and your assets. I am patient and understanding. I will make this process as painless as possible so that you will feel great, knowing that you have done right by your loved ones who will be left behind. Schedule a free 20-minute discovery call if you have any questions about my client process for estate planning.

I generally work on a flat fee basis for Estate Planning. Here is a link to my current price list with the starting fees. Your fee may vary, depending on your factual situation. PRICE LIST

My Covid-19 procedures are to meet with clients virtually (Zoom or by phone) for planning meetings and follow up discussions. Signing meetings are held in person with everyone wearing masks and maintaining physical distance.

For Federal Tax Controversy

I take tax controversy cases involving IRS and state of Georgia audits, IRS Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court.  I bring to each case my experience as an Internal Revenue Agent for over 10 years and an IRS Attorney for over 20 years. Each case is different therefore my approach may be different for your situation. When you retain me for a paid consultation, I will educate you on the law and IRS procedure and recommend the best solution.  Or I can represent you against the IRS or in the U.S. Tax Court. I generally charge by the hour for tax controversy cases, which requires a retainer to be paid in advance. Schedule a free 20-minute discovery call to see if I can help you. This is not a free consultation and no legal advice will be given. This call is to determine whether we should work together. If you would like to set up a paid consultation please email me at [email protected] to request one.

My Covid-19 procedures are to meet with IRS Defense clients virtually (Zoom or telephone) for all meetings unless and in person meeting makes the most sense based on the volume of documents involved. Otherwise, documents can be uploaded to my secure client portal.
