Estate Planning - I provide estate planning services for Georgia and North Carolina residents. Estate planning can include a will-based plan or a trust-based plan, depending on your life circumstances, your budget, and your wishes. My engagements begin with a Walk With Walker Planning Session. This session takes about 2 hours where we go over an inventory and questionnaire that you complete a few days prior to our planning session. I'll explain what will happen to your assets and your loved ones under your current circumstances and equally important, cover what you would like to happen and make a plan for that.
For clients in North Carolina and in Georgia but outside of the Atlanta Metro area I will conduct telephonic or virtual meetings and send your final documents with detailed instructions on how they should be executed.
I offer an Economy Will Plan. This plan is designed for clients who are willing to do a little work to save on fees. Request my price list for more details.
IRS Tax Controversy - I offer representation before the IRS on your behalf. I communicate directly with IRS employees to move your case to resolution. I assist taxpayers with collection, audit, penalty appeals, U.S. Tax Court matters, and more. If you have a case under audit, in front of the IRS Appeals Division or before the United States Tax Court I can help you. Schedule a free 20-minute discovery call to see if I can help you.
If you feel confident about handling your case yourself, but you need some expert advice I also provide legal coaching and consultations on federal tax controversy matters. I consult with CPAs and attorneys, and I work directly with clients who are representing themselves before the IRS Compliance or IRS Appeals functions, or before the U. S. Tax Court. I will advise you on the best way to respond to inquiries, what your options are, what your end game should be, what documents you should request from the IRS, and more.
